Maharashtra cuts Stamp Duty on property in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur The stamp duty cut will be applicable in areas falling under the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) and Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Nagpur. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said the concession in stamp duty will help promote the real estate sector in the wake of slowdown.
